7 Reasons to Visit National Trust Brockhampton

The Brockampton Estate is closely cared for by the National Trust, and within 15 minutes drive of Coach House Country Stays, here’s 7 gorgeous photos that will have you wondering why you didn’t visit earlier – especially as the month of October brings with it the beautiful Autumn Colours!

The main house is laid out as if it’s still inhabited with sewing on the edge of an armchair, boots by the door and the table set. It almost feels as if you’re wandering into someones home whilst they’re out.

Head to atmospheric ruins of the chapel in the grounds near the Tearooms and imagine who would have visited in times gone by, what events took place there? Weddings, Sunday Services, Christenings it’s fascinating to think about

If you’re lucky you may bump into Mr. Phoebus the Penny Farthing guy! Great to chat to and he’ll share this wonderful piece of the past with you but do you dare have a go?
